This buyback policy is applicable on the gold & diamond jewellery after 14 days of purchase from www.mkjjewellery.in
Buyback can be done by returning the product to the registered address of www.mkjjewellery.in.
The Buyback policy is based on giving the fair value of gold & diamond jewellery. The benchmark rate at the store will be applicable.
Following policies are applicable only for the buyback through online.
Once the returned product is received by Diamonds Online DIAMOND EXCHANGE and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be made within 10 working days.
The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing Gold & Diamond rates.
Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buyback amount of the product.
Refund will be made through online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
